Anyone able to view their internet usage history in the My Shaw app? When I select “manage internet” then “view usage history” the app freezes up. I also get an error when trying to view usage history in the BlueCurve home app. This is when using iOS.

Have you powered-off and then powered-on your device, to make a fresh start?
Have you uninstalled the app, powered-off, powered-on, and reinstalled the most-currrent version of the app?

uninstalled app hard reboot still app will completely freeze when selecting View usage history
@DoDahBand I can view my internet history on the app and my.shaw.ca. If it try to view my Shaw Go wifi usage on the app, the app will freeze up, on my.shaw.ca the data usage shows, but it hasn’t been updated for nearly a year.
