Cora WFJ7 keeps on pooping up the live chat so that I can't even type this complaint easily. And they tried to get me to view my files 😞
It's like they just injected a live chat into the page and are pretending to be from shaw. Cora WFJ7 should go back to working at Coraz lol

I have helped some technophobic friends with computer problems, by using Shaw Chat at their location. It makes sense for Shaw to ask for more personal details, e.g., account-number, amount of most-recent invoice, and/or PIN, to confirm my friend's identity. Also, Shaw keeps notes on each interaction, to build a "history" for the account-holder.
Close all of your web-browser windows, to close that "Shaw Chat" window.
Just saying, I should appear to the live support person as "name: Raz. logged in: account number: xxxxxxxxxx"
@raz4 Same with the app, I am logged in and can see my account, but if I hit the chat option, I have to authenticate again.
