wireless printer

We recently got the bluecurve gateway and now my wireless printer cannot be connected. I press the button to get the light flashing for WPS pairing mode then I press the button on my printer; however, I keep getting an error that says "The machine cannot detect a WLAN access point/reouter that has WPS or AOSS enabled"? I don't understand what is wrong?

@Rachelle1 I'd recommend to first make sure that WPS is enabled in the BlueCurve gateway admin panel. Use the information on this page to find out how to access the admin panel, once you are logged in, select Connection > WiFi from the menu on the left, then select Add WiFi Protected Setup (WPS) Client then select Enable next to WiFi Protected Setup (WPS).

If you're still unable to get the printer to connect to the BlueCurve gateway, you may want to consult the manual for the printer and try to setup your network manually rather than using WPS.
