Access to Target Servers distributing unauthorized streams of live NHL games in Canada has been blocked by Federal Court Order, Court File T-955-21 (the “Order”).

The operators of the Target Servers (i.e. the John Doe Defendants), any third party claiming to be affected by this Order, and any Internet service customer affected by the Order, may apply to the Federal Court to discharge or vary the Order pursuant to paragraph 20 of the Order.
