Note: Subscribing to Disney+ from your TV set-top box, or through the Disney+ website or mobile app, means your subscription will be billed separately by Disney+ and will not appear on your Shaw bill.
Please note that you’ll only be able to make changes to your subscription in My Shaw once your promotional period has ended. If you wish to cancel during an active promotion, please contact us.
You can go to the Disney+ website at disneyplus.com and log in to manage other account settings.
If you wish to cancel your Disney+ subscription while you're on a promotion through Shaw, please contact us. Once your promotion has ended, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your Disney+ subscription yourself in My Shaw or the My Shaw app.
Please note that your cancelled Disney+ subscription will stay active until the end of the current billing period. It will still show as “managed by Shaw” until that time. To re-subscribe, you can do so directly through Disney+ once this billing period is over.
You can only change your plan tier through Shaw once your Disney+ promotion has ended. If you need to make changes during the promotion period, you’ll need to cancel your subscription through Shaw, wait until the current bill cycle has ended, and re-subscribe directly through Disney+.
Your changes will take effect immediately and the change in subscription fee will be prorated on your bill in the next bill cycle.
