A digital TV box (also known as a cable box, set-top box, digital converter, or digital cable box) allows you to view digital channels, and provides access to an on-screen guide. With a Shaw TV box, you can also access On Demand and Pay-Per-View content.

Over time, we’re streamlining our equipment so that we can provide you with the best TV experience possible. If you have a TV box that's being phased out, you will have received a call, email, and/or an invoice message from Shaw to discuss this change and hardware replacement options.
