How to order with Rogers Xfinity TV
To order an available channel from your Rogers Xfinity TV set-top device, simply find the channel or content you want, and choose Subscribe. You can do this by browsing the Guide, tuning directly to a channel, or by finding content in the Rogers Xfinity TV On Demand store.
Order from the Guide
- Find an available channel in the Rogers Xfinity TV Guide.
- Highlight the channel and press Info on your remote.
- Choose Subscribe to place your order.
Order by tuning directly to an available channel
- Tune to an available channel (by voice or channel number).
- A message will pop up with a description and price for the channel.
- Choose Subscribe to place your order.
Order from the On Demand store
- Find On Demand content by searching or browsing for it.
- Highlight the show you want. A Subscribe option will show up for available channels.
- Choose Subscribe to place your order.
Once your order has been placed, the channel will start working on your TV within a few minutes. If it's been more than five minutes and the channel isn't on yet, please contact us for assistance.
How to order with HD Guide
- Ensure your Guide is set to Show All Channels.
- Channels available to order will be highlighted yellow (or gold) in the Guide.
- Select a highlighted channel to subscribe to it. A subscribe prompt is shown. Press the D key on the remote to continue.
- A Terms & Conditions prompt will come up. Select Subscribe to confirm and order the channel.
- Finally, a "Please wait..." message is shown, confirming the channel is being added to the account.
Once your order has been placed, the channel will start working on your TV within a few minutes. If it's been more than five minutes and the channel isn't on yet, please contact us for assistance.
Note: You can also browse what channels are available to order using the Channel Store. Just press the Menu button on your Shaw remote and navigate to the Channel Store to browse and subscribe to your favourite channels.
