This article explains how to use Ignite TV 9formerly BlueCurve TV) to order and watch Pay Per View (PPV) content, like UFC bouts and premium sporting events.
You can also order PPV using other devices. Movies can be ordered with On Demand.
Order Pay Per View events
To order a Pay Per View event on Ignite TV:
- Use the Guide button on your remote control to navigate to channel 601.
- Select the event you'd like to order, then press the OK button on the remote control.
- Select Order, then press OK.
- Confirm Order, then press OK.
- Your event will begin playing.
Cancel Pay Per View events
To cancel a Pay Per View event you ordered on Ignite TV:
- Use the Guide button on your remote control to navigate to channel 601.
- Select the event you already ordered and press the OK button on the remote.
- On the program's information screen, select Cancel order and press OK.
View recorded Pay Per View events
Purchased and recorded events will be available for 30 days after they've first aired (except for Adult rated content). Follow these steps to view recorded PPV events (up to 30 days):
- Press the Shaw button on the remote.
- Select Saved on the Main Menu.
- Press on Purchases to start watching your event any time within those 30 days.
