If you are experiencing channel issues or certain channels are no longer coming in that were previously available:
- Unplug the power cord from the wall or from the power bar
- Wait 30 seconds
- Plug the power cord back in. Wait a couple of minutes for the interactive guide functions of the digital box to be fully restored

Did You Know: After powering your cable box back on, it can take a few minutes for the Guide functions to be fully restored and for the Guide channel information to be populated on screen.
