You are experiencing channel issues or certain channels are no longer coming in that were previously available.

  1. Unplug the power cord from the wall or from the power bar
  2. Wait 30 seconds
  3. Plug the power cord back in. Wait a couple of minutes for the interactive guide functions of the digital box to be fully restored

Did You Know: After powering your cable box back on, it can take a few minutes for the Guide functions to be fully restored and for the Guide channel information to be populated on screen.
