Missing a channel you're subscribed to, or one that's available for free preview? Once per day, you can use My Shaw to refresh your TV channels and fix those issues. 

Refresh channels on the My Shaw website

To refresh your TV channels using the My Shaw website:

  1. Visit my.shaw.ca.
  2. Sign in using your Shaw ID and password.
  3. Click My Services up at the top and select TV.
  4. To the far right under Help & Support, click Refresh 
  5. When asked to confirm, click Refresh.
  6. Wait up to 10 minutes for your channels to refresh.

Refresh channels with the My Shaw app

To refresh your TV channels using the My Shaw mobile app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store):

  1. Open the My Shaw app.
  2. Under TV, tap Manage TV & BlueCurve TV App Devices.
  3. Under Troubleshoot, next to Refresh my channel listings, tap Refresh.
  4. When asked to confirm, tap Refresh.
  5. Wait up to 10 minutes for your channels to refresh.
