If you are experiencing a poor channel signal on your TV or the channel is not coming in but was previously available and you feel that the issue is a result of a poor cable connection:

You can reseat your cable connection by unplugging the power to your digital box by:

  1. Unscrewing the coaxial cable connection from the back of the digital box as well as the wall outlet
  2. Then reconnect both cables.
