You are experiencing a poor channel signal or the channel is not coming in but was previously available. You feel that the issue is a result of a poor cable connection.


You can reseat your cable connection by unplugging the power to your digital box, unscrewing the coaxial cable connection from the back of the digital box as well as the wall outlet and then reconnecting both cables.
