To access and watch Apple TV+ content on Rogers Xfinity TV or Rogers Streaming, it is required to have:

- Note: Watching Apple TV+ content on Rogers Xfinity TV counts toward your monthly Internet data usage.
Apple TV+ special offer & eligibility
We have partnered with Apple to merchandise campaign promotions via text messages on Rogers Xfinity TV and Rogers Streaming. New Apple TV+ customers are eligible for three months free on their subscription when signing up through Rogers Xfinity TV or Rogers Streaming, or if you receive an email offer from Shaw.
Eligibility & billing
- This offer is available to new Apple TV+ subscribers only.
- After the offer, customers will receive billing directly from Apple and separate from their Shaw account.
- This offer is available from December 5th, 2022 - March 5th, 2023.
Set-top box offer redemption (via text message)
- Select the Enjoy Apple TV+ On Us banner in the Rogers Xfinity TV menu or Rogers Streaming home screen or say “Try Apple TV Plus” with your voice remote.
- Select Send to Mobile
- Enter your mobile phone number and then select Send Text
- Open the link included in the text message sent to your mobile device
- Follow the instructions to activate your Apple+ TV subscription
Email offer redemption
- Open the offer email from Shaw.
- Click Redeem Now button in the email.
- Read over the offer conditions and click Redeem Now again.
- Follow the instructions to activate your Apple+ TV subscription.
Note: The text message and email offers are the same promotion and cannot be combined.
How to find Apple TV+ content
You can find Apple TV+ content by searching for a specific show using the voice remote, or you can search within the app. If you are subscribed and logged in, Apple TV+ content will show as Free to Me in Rogers Xfinity TV or Rogers Streaming.
With the Shaw voice remote, say something like
- “Apple TV+”
- “Ted Lasso”
- “The Morning Show”
- “Severance”
- “The Mosquito Coast”
Launch Apple TV+ from the Rogers Xfinity TV apps menu
- Press the Shaw button on your remote.
- Select Apps from the menu.
- Select Apple TV+ (in the Entertainment row).
Launch Apple TV+ from the Rogers Streaming apps menu
- Press the Home button on your Rogers Streaming voice remote.
- Select Apple TV+ from the Apps menu.
How to log in to Apple TV+ on your set-top box
To sign in to Apple TV+ on your set-top box you must pair your set-top box to your Apple TV+ account. Follow the below instructions to pair your set-top to Apple TV+
- Launch Apple TV+ with your voice remote or from the apps menu.
- Select Sign In or Sign Up From the launch screen screen.
- If you skipped this option the first time you launched the app, follow the below instructions:
- Select Settings (gear icon).
- Then select Accounts.
- Choose Sign In.
- A pairing code will appear on your TV screen alongside a QR code.
- Either scan the QR code with your mobile device, or
- Visit activate.apple.com from any web browser and enter the 4-digit code on your TV screen.
- Enter your Apple ID and password to complete the process.
- If you do not have an Apple ID already, you will need to click the link to create a new one.
You're now logged in and can access Apple TV+ content through Rogers Xfinity TV or Rogers Streaming!
