Occasionally you will find that you need to reset your Digital Box due to issues such as no picture, no sound, pixelation on the TV screen, or the inability to record content on your PVR. Resets are a simple and fast way to resolve the majority of these types of issues. Once rebooted, it will take your interactive guide roughly one hour to reload all of the content, but a picture should be present immediately.
