Of course they let you add...... is the deleting that is not possible. Dishonest and manipulative making people wait so long to speak to a rep to have this done.
I need to delete TSN from my TV account. Can you do that for me? I have been trying to do this for days now and I cannot get a response from Rogers. I tried Live Chat, but was 172 in the queue, got kicked out and am back in line again. I also called Rogers on the phone and waited 37 minutes before I hung up. This happened multiple times. This is not good customer Service - certainly a downgrade from when the service was run by Shaw. I sent a complaint in this escalation window days ago and have heard nothing. Please respond.
At lease offer the opportunity to have a callback function, like Shaw used to have. That way we are less likely to do a slow burn listening to the looped recording or us having to monitor the live chat queue (I am now 168 in line.....).
