Crave Smart TV app access problem

For over two years I have been able to use the Crave app on my smart TVs by going to crave.ca/activate and entering the code that Crave puts up on my TV. The problem is that now when I try to log into Crave using the "TV provider subscription" option, Shaw will say "the page you're looking for no longer exists" and won't let me log in. I tried making a Bell media account and linking the Shaw one to it so I could log into Crave that way but got the same result. 

When I called Shaw they said that I have *never* been able to use the app on my Smart TV and have always had to look up specific shows or movies through the on demand feature on Shaw. I told them I've been logging in and using the app for years and they told me that wasn't possible. 

Anyone have any insights, similar experiences, or solutions?

I use the Crave app on FireTV and GoogleTV and my son use...

@KC124 I use the Crave app on FireTV and GoogleTV and my son uses my account on his AppleTV. Maybe try resetting your Rogers ID password, or maybe create a new one.

@KC124  Just a question suggestion for you.  Since you subscribe and pay for Crave via Rogers/Shaw what happens when you use the provided app right on your xfinity tv box and not the one on your smart tv?  I'm wondering if there is some sort of conflict there now.
