How can I customize the theme packs that we have in our TV listings? There must be a way to do it myself without having to call Shaw.
I dont need an answer to this quesiton. I did on Messenger. It seems this should be a function that customers could take care of themselves rather than taking up the time of the way too few service agents who answer phones and social media.

Thank you for reaching out! You're right that you can't remove/add channels online. The Shaw website is available to assist you in building a plan. If you would like to add/remove channels, you would need to contact a live agent. After all, this way we can help you work out which plan is best for you.
