Today I turned on my TV, to find that the regular Shaw guide doesn’t come up. Instead Espial TV is stuck on the screen and my remote doesn’t do anything? How do I get my regular TV back and get rid of this?

Have you power cycled the portal and gateway? You may have to contact Shaw to get it all reset.
