@OTK -- The real Prime account has no record of my payment to the scammers.

Can you logon to the My Shaw Portal, and view all the "transactions" ?

If you made a payment to Shaw, it will show up as a transaction.

While viewing transactions, select the earliest-possible start-date, which should be 2 years ago. Do you see other payments to Shaw for Prime? What are the dates for those transactions? June 5?

@OTK -- It is not in Amazon real site.

Can you show what it IS & what is the amount & the date of the charge?

Are you looking at "transactions" within the My Shaw Portal, or through online banking to show the transaction?

@OTK -- obviously fake

If you are using Microsoft Edge, access that fake web-site.

Near the top-right of the browser window, click the "3-horizontal-dots" [Settings]

Point at "Help and feedback" and let it expand.

Click on "Report unsafe site", and submit a report.

If Microsoft gets enough reports about the site, Edge will alert anybody who tries to access that site.
