When using the Global tv app and trying to activate it it allows me to enter the authentication code and select Shaw as the provider which then shows I have access to all the add ons that Global offer through the app but when I click ok it tells me I do not have access .
should point out it works fine on my iPhone just not the Global app on my Samsung smart TV not the Amazon fire stick. I have added two photos
spoke to global said it’s a Shaw/rogers issue talked to them and they say it’s a global issue and I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled.

@Walburda I just tested here and the exact thing happens to me. I would bet that it is a global issue, because the iPhone app works fine.
