No idea but this website has to be one of the WORST websites I have ever been on. What a bunch of garbage. Looped links all over the place leading you in circles. Links to "plans" with an "s" (ie PLURAL) but only one option so you don't know if there is supposed to be more. No way to actually find out how to add or remove packages. Instructions specifically on how to remove channels that are completely wrong and lead to more circular loops without ever showing how to remove channels. "Packages" that cost more than buying items individually. Really quite the joke. If it wasn't such a headache to change providers I would be gone. Seriously unbelievable garbage for a big company like this. If I don't get any joy from a "chat" tomorrow, I will likely dump this provider. What a joke.

Just be completely sure that Telus will be able to connect you "tomorrow", rather than having to wait (months?) for the "post-pandemic-all-clear-message" before Telus allows one of their technicians to enter your home, to perform the installation.
