How do I “chat in”? Going to the Shaw Store is not possible for a person who is unable to stand in line for hours. What kind of crazy business did I sign up with? Ridiculous and worthy of changing to Telus or one of the newer companies. Perhaps they would even have superior broadcasting and connections. Most times I cannot access Netflix or other streaming sites or access my internet. So what am I really paying for? Just a lot of inconvenience and frustration.

What are the symptoms? During a "chat", ask the Shaw Agent to remotely connect to your cable-modem, to view & analyze the "signal-strength" statistics that the modem keeps. Having "bad" numbers results in a bad Internet connection.
