@Cdrob -- you did not give a lot of information:
* do the ear buds have wires to connect to the audio source (TV's external audio-output? Shaw TV box?)
* do the aids connect via WiFi or via BlueTooth?
* when do the aids work, when connected to a specific music-player, such as an iPad?
* manufacturer and model-number of those aids?
