I get this message when I try and rent a movie. Can anyone help?
Have you tried disconnecting the AC power from the Shaw TV box, waiting a minute, reconnecting the power, and then trying to "rent" ?
I recommend that you copy the serial-number of your Shaw TV box onto a piece of paper, and call Shaw: 1-888-472-2222 and get them to verify that your overall account is "subscribed" to Shaw TV via that serial-number.
@DebbieGreene Is this happening on all titles that you are trying to rent, or on a specific movie only?
