TV service went off right at the end of the first NFL playoff game for about 30-45 min and did the same thing with the second NFL game…. Called Shaw technical support with very little success.
after turning the blue curve box on and off couple of times with no success was told that they might be a an outage in my area… checked Shaw outage notices and nothing shows on the website to confirm the outage.
