My pvr recordings keep freezing and then continuing how do I fix it.
Also in some programmes I experience pixelation in some programs
@Irene411 -- which TV box do you have? How old is it? Most boxes have an internal disk-drive. If that disk-drive is having problems reading/writing, then "freezing" is the result. The boxes with an internal disk-drive support "rewind" of the current program, by recording to that disk-drive, and playing-back the recorded content after you click "back-15-seconds", or "slow-reverse".
I recommend that you contact Shaw, to get a replacement PVR.
@Irene411 If you are seeing pixelation when watching live TV, give the steps on this page a try and see if that improves the signal issues you're seeing. Signal issues on live channels would also cause freezing or pixelation in recorded content from that channel as well, so if the steps in the link correct any live issues, you should see improvements in future recorded content from that channel as well.
