My added channels (Vision, Cooking, etc) are showing that I need a subscription which I already have. Been going on for over a week now. Shaw is next to impossible to get in touch with, and their wonderful self help website is of no help at all. Just how does one get in touch with their technical services people? If this is what they now call Customer Service they have another think coming. Anyone else having the same problems?

You can call or chat in to Shaw, chat is fastest. You could also go to my.shaw.ca and refresh your channels, see if that helps.
