No USA Network preview on Shaw

I see that USA Network is now available for order on specialty channels, but they have been promoting a free preview beginning Jan. 1. Why isn't this preview available on Shaw?

@brianswane -- I have no problem accessing USA Network, but today is 2 weeks after your message.

@mdk , @brianswane  The USA network free preview is unavailable through Rogers they have declined to offer it on free preview.  However if you are a subscriber to Popular or Total or Ultimate tv then USA network is now part of your package, and that is the reason some people see it and other don't. Also Oxygen True crime is also affected for the free preview .  The free preview for these channels is only available to participating providers.
