Is anyone else having problems with recordings? My recordings will skip and briefly pause and skip again. The problem is occurring on both Ignite boxes and the FireTV stick. I am also going to try playing a recording on the app on data, to see if the problem continues.
@rstra , I haven't recorded anything new in the last week or so, but just finished watching an earlier recording from about 1 and a half weeks ago and it was fine. I'll record something tomorrow and see after work.
I just tested one of the glitchy recordings on my iPhone with Xfinity app and on my Koodo data, the recordings are still glitchy so it is nothing on my end. Now to find out if it is limited to TLC recordings only.
@rstra ok forgot to set a recording so I just pressed rec now on TLC (Dr. Pimple popper) lol. So I guess I'll let that record and then I'll have to watch the whole thing to see if it glitches, so won't be able to tell you anything I guess until later on today or this evening.
@rstra Ok just finished watching Dr. Pimple popper (never again) not my type of show lol. But no problems whatsoever in the recording, perfect picture perfect sound. Hopefully it was just a glitch in the matrix for you.
