@g-idk Yes, same show and channel and happens on the box, the app and on or off network. I will have to set up some recordings on more channels, but I think it is just isolated to TLC.
@rstra , quite possibly. Ok I won't record anything, since your going to try some stuff, don't forgot to try different TLC shows at different times. Hopefully it's just that show.
@g-idk Will do. Quite often we start watching before the recording is complete, will wait until they are complete and then start watching.
I'm having the same problems with other shows on TLC. No problems with recordings on other channels. Not sure what to do about it
@Mct123 Thanks for posting, this helps to get attention to the problem. Are you watching the completed recordings, or are you watching as the recording is happening. We have had the problem show up on 90 Day and Sister Wives (don’t judge me, this is my wife).
Both. Parts of the recordings are almost unwatchable and other parts of the same show are fine. If you skip forward a few minutes it sometimes goes away for a while but it will return several times later in the show. We watch the same shows you are watching and have the same freezing and audio issues. It happens on all 3 tvs. I've tried rebooting everything including the modem but it doesn't change. Not sure what else to try
@Mct123 Just finished Sister Wives, only a couple of quick glitches. I avoided FFing through commercials to see if it is a buffering issue.
Last week I did a test and watched the problem recordings on my iPhone using my Koodo data and the problem continued. So we can rule out any issues with our internet connection or equipment.
It seemed better here last night too. If you skip ahead 30 second when it glitches the problem goes away for a while but will return again later in the show.
