Why does Shaw keep their scam of keeping billing you after you have cut off their service.
Why doesn't Shaw provide an address to return their crappy equipment to?
Most people on this forum do not have any access to your Shaw account, to see when you cancelled, and to view your most-recent invoices. The only exceptions are a few Shaw employees who voluntarily contribute to this forum. So, you need to telephone Shaw.
Due to COVID-19, all the Shaw "retail" store-fronts are closed, and cannot physically accept your equipment. Telephone Shaw, to order a shipping-box. Put your equipment into the box, and send it, according to the instructions that come with the box.
The same thing happened to me. Cancelled April 4th and get a new bill today billing into JUNE. Total scammers! Reporting them to better business bureau.

The contributors on this forum have no access to your private Shaw Account details.
Either contact Shaw ( www.shaw.ca/chat or 1-888-472-2222 ) to dialogue with them, or access the My Shaw Portal, and then view all the "transactions" for the last 24 months, to determine the date that you cancelled, and to print copies of your invoices, for all of 2021, to show the 30-day period covered by the most-recent bill. Take your "evidence" to the BBB.
