@CS1 Are you having trouble loading the channel listings on your set-top box, or using the Shaw Go Gateway mobile app?

If on one of your cable boxes, try first rebooting just the affected equipment if only one box is experiencing this issue by unplugging the power for 10-15 seconds, then plugging it back in. If that does not resolve the problem, or if multiple cable boxes are experiencing this problem, then try rebooting the main cable box and see if that resolves the problem.

If this is occurring in the Shaw Go Gateway mobile app, first log out of the app and back in, and if that does not resolve the problem, then uninstall the app from your device and reinstall.
