shaw on demand is not working,  only the cancel or add to wishlist icons show up,  this has been happening off and on daily for a couple of weeks

@chuk Try rebooting your cable box by unplugging the power for 15-30 seconds, then plugging it back in. Once back online allow an additional ~15-20 minutes to make sure all features have time to load back up, then try accessing video on demand again. If you are experiencing the same issue, get in touch with our technical support team here, so they can try a remote refresh to ensure all features are enabled and loaded correctly.
