some Shaw TV customers in Vancouver & Calgary & Edmonton will need to replace their current TV box:
by a BlueCurve TV box, at no cost. Shaw says that they have contacted the customers.
If you have saved content onto your DCX 3400 (or an external Expansion Box), watch the content, while you still can.
If you offer "free technical support" to your parents, you may wish to contact them, and tell them that any telephone call or E-mail from Shaw might *NOT* be a "scam" attempt.
