When I click "Sign In", and then select Shaw as my "TV Provider", I do get logged-in to SNNOW.
Is that what you are trying?
Maybe, contact Shaw Support [1-888-472-2222] to get them to "reprovision" your entitlements, namely that you are subscribed to the "SportsNet package". Then, when the SNNOW web-site queries Shaw, Shaw returns "authorized", instead of "not authorized".
