If you want to log into My Shaw or the BlueCurve TV App but have forgotten your password:
- Visit My Shaw, click Forgot your Shaw ID or password and enter your Email address.
- You will need to confirm that you are not a bot, then click Reset password. From here, check your email account for instructions to reset your password.
