You can set up automatic payments for your monthly Shaw bills using the My Shaw website (my.shaw.ca) or the My Shaw app  (Apple App Store | Google Play Store). My Shaw is the best way to set up automatic payments without having to contact us, get started with My Shaw today.

Note: If you're using a Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit card for auto payments, your card must be enabled for recurring e-commerce transactions to work with Shaw auto pay. This feature can be turned on in your online banking app or by contacting your bank, if you haven't already done so.

Set up auto payments using the My Shaw website

To set up auto payments using the My Shaw website:

  1. Sign in to my.shaw.ca.
  2. Scroll down to Auto Payments.
  3. Click Set up Auto Payments.
  4. Select Credit card or Bank account as your preferred payment method.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Enter credit card or bank account details.
  7. Click Sign up to enable auto payments.

You can cancel auto payments anytime by repeating steps 1 and 2, and clicking Unsubscribe.

  1. Open the My Shaw app.
  2. Tap Billing in the bottom menu.
  3. Scroll down to Manage Billing and toggle Auto Payments on.
  4. Tap the Pay Bill button.
  5. Select New Payment Card or Bank Account as your payment method.
  6. Enter your credit card or bank account details.
  7. Tap Confirm.

You can cancel auto payments anytime by repeating steps 1 and 2, and toggling Auto Payments off.
