How to download the app

The My Shaw app is available for iPhone and Android devices. Search your favourite app store for “My Shaw” or click one of the links below.

Note: The My Shaw app is not supported on iPads. If you wish to access My Shaw using your iPad, you can access the My Shaw website https://my.shaw.ca via Safari or Google Chrome.

How to sign in to app with your Shaw ID

To sign into the My Shaw app, you will need your Shaw ID and password. If you don't have a Shaw ID, you can create one by tapping the Create Shaw ID link on the sign-in screen.
