Learn how to print your bill easily using the My Shaw website (my.shaw.ca) or the My Shaw app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store). You can find printable PDF versions of past bills and quickly look at past transactions online.
Shaw eBill is also a fast, easy and convenient way to handle your monthly bill statements every month and lets you access your bills through My Shaw.
In order to obtain a printer-friendly version of your bill, please perform the following steps.
View a printer-friendly version of your bill using the My Shaw website
Sign in to My Shaw account at my.shaw.ca. If you have not yet registered for My Shaw, you can find more details about signing up and managing your account through My Shaw
- Once signed in, click My Bills from the top navigation menu
- Under Account History, click View Bill beside the bill that you would like to review
- Your Web browser will now open a new tab with a properly formatted and print-ready bill in the popular PDF format
View a printer-friendly version of your bill using the My Shaw app
To view your current bill using the My Shaw app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store):
- Open the My Shaw app.
- Tap Billing in the bottom menu.
- Tap Previous Bills.
- Choose the bill you want to print
- Tap the menu (⋮) in the top right and select Print
