You have forgotten your Shaw ID login or My Shaw password.


  1. You can reset your Shaw ID login information by visiting My Shaw and clicking on Forgot your Shaw ID or password?.
  2. You will need to enter your email address under Recovery email.
  3. Once you click Reset password, check your email for instructions to reset your password.

 

Did You Know: Your Shaw ID (My Shaw) login and password is different than your @shaw.ca email address login and password. Follow the instructions in the following article to change your email or Webmail password.
