This page provides the information that you will need to change your WiFi password on the BlueCurve Gateway. To change the password for the wireless network on your Gateway, you will need to log into the modem configuration page which will allow you to configure various settings related to your wireless network.

Before proceeding, ensure that you have an ethernet cable connecting your modem to your computer/laptop, or that you are connected to your personal WiFi network.

Note: It is always a good idea to document your WiFi settings such as your network name and WiFi password just in case you forget them or are required to re-enter your wireless network information in the future.

Change your WiFi password

Your WiFi network password is the password you use to connect to the WiFi network. You can change your WiFi password using the BlueCurve Home mobile app or website.

  1. Open the BlueCurve Home mobile app or web portal.
  2. Select Connect, then choose See Network.
  3. Select the Edit (pencil) icon at the top right.
  4. Your WiFi network details are displayed.
  5. Select WiFi Password to change it.
  6. Once you're done, select Apply Changes, and you're all set!


Note: After making changes, you may need to enter your new password on previously connected devices.
