Questions about fees on your bill? To see a breakdown of pricing on your bill, follow the steps below:
Solution
- Once you have signed into My Shaw, click My Bills on the navigation bar at the top.
- By default, your last month of bills will display under your current balance.
- Click View my bill to get a detailed breakdown.
- Review page two of your bill for a more detailed version of the Current Monthly Services section of your statement. Note any promotional line items.
