If you are experiencing issues with your TV and are unable to see the guide and feel that this could be a result of recently watching Netflix, or a Blu-Ray or DVD on the TV where the TV Input had been changed:


Solution

  1. Find your TV remote control (this may or may not be the Shaw remote control) and locate the Input button. It will be labeled as INPUT, SOURCE or TV/VIDEO, depending on the brand.
  2. Scroll through the list of available inputs on your TV by pressing the Input button.
  3. Select the correct input. (You will know when the picture returns on your TV).
