Shaw Voicemail is an answering service that is built into your phone subscription.

How do I set up Voicemail on my Shaw Home Phone?

How do I access/check my Voicemail on my Shaw Home Phone?
Dial *98 (star 98) on your home phone, then enter your PIN to access your mailbox. You can navigate this mailbox by listening to the prompts, or by using the key-codes described here: Voicemail Key Codes. Additionally, you can listen to Voicemails via My Shaw. How do I change my Voicemail greeting?
- Dial *98 to access your feature management menu.
- Enter your PIN to access the mailbox.
- Press 2 to modify greeting:
- Press 1 to record your primary greeting:
- Press 1 to approve the recorded greeting
- Press 2 to listen
- Press 3 to record greeting
- Press 0 for more information
- Press * to cancel and go back to the previous menu
- Press 2 to record secondary greeting:
- Press 1 to record your greeting
- Press # after the tone to record your secondary greeting
- Press 1 to approve the recorded greeting
- Press 2 to listen greeting
- Press 3 to re-record greeting
- Press 0 for more information
- Press * to cancel and go back to the previous menu
- Press 3 to enable or disable secondary greeting:
- "Your secondary greeting is enabled/disabled"
- Press 1 to disable/enable secondary greeting
- Press * to go back to the previous menu
- Press 4 to record listen-only greeting:
- Press # after the tone to record your listen-only greeting
- Press 1 to listen greeting again
- Press 2 to confirm
- Press 3 to record again
- Press * to go back to the previous menu
- Press # to finish recording
- Press 3 to change your personal options
- Press 5 to record and forward a voice message
- Press 0 for more information
- Press * to go back to the main menu
Can I have multiple Voicemail greetings?
Yes you can. A primary and secondary greeting can be set which allows Voicemail messages to be left. A Listen-Only greeting can also be set, however, it does not allow Voicemail messages to be left.

Shaw Home Phone Voicemail offers features such as toggle Voicemail on/off, setting the number of rings before going to Voicemail, setup notification preferences, and much more.
