Has anyone been able to make this work? I called Shaw Help and all they say is - "your webmail is working; nothing is wrong on our end". But my Outlook worked with my Shaw email for years and now it doesn't with the new Outlook app. Has anyone made this work?
@N49Carson The new Outlook for windows works for me.
Did you have the desktop client installed previously, and then your converted to the "New Outlook" app? Or did you start out with "New Outlook"?
@N49Carson -- welcome to this peer-to-peer discussion forum, where volunteers (not Rogers Together with Shaw employees) try to help.
When you configure your "New Outlook", what settings are you applying? Are you letting this app "auto-configure" the settings? What error-message do you get when you try to send E-mail? What error-message do you get when you try to receive E-mail?
Are you accessing your E-mail on your computer, while your computer is connected (wired or wirelessly) to the cable-modem?
