With that being said maybe we can help with an explanation. What equipment are you being charged for? Extra tv boxes beyond the covered 1 free which they introduced in Sept./2024, In the small print of Rogers/Shaw contracts it does allow for extra rental fees for tv boxes beyond the original one.
