You were invoiced on July 13, and the auto-debit occurred 30 days later, on August 12, for services you received from July 13 through August 12.
You were invoiced on August 13, and the auto-debit was taken 14 days later, on August 26, for services you receive from August 13 to September 12.
Your next invoice will be on September 12, and the auto-debit will be 14 days later, namely September 26.
Please read the "fine print" on your July 13 invoice. Probably, also see your June 13 invoice.
Shaw/Rogers announced that any invoice issued after July 15 needs to be paid, either:
- auto-debited 14 days after the invoice,
- manually paid by you 21 days after the invoice, to avoid any "late fee".
Note that credit-card companies also require payment 21 days after their invoice.
