Billing Change

My bill went up by $9.12 from the previous month. I just want to know what changed.

@Armand2 , this question has been covered quite a bit on here already but here goes.  The increase is due to the fact that Rogers/Shaw is now charging extra for any additional tv boxes that you have beyond the first main one.  They are charging an extra $7.00 per month plus taxes per extra box, only the first box remains free rental.  This is explained on your invoice about the new charges as equipment rental is not value guaranteed in a 2 year contract.  Sorry for the bad news.

This answered my question, so thanks for the help, but I am not impressed with these new charges.  It's nickel and diming the customer.  I'm sure Rogers is not strapped for cash.  After spending an hour on hold with customer service I finally hung up.  Live chat would be more useful.  It was tricky finding this answer.
