I recently discontinued services with Shaw because I found a less expensive service provider with better internet. I went to return my equipment to a Shaw outlet. After standing in line for more than 30 minutes I was advised they couldn’t accept my equipment and handed me a mailing label to Shaw in Vancouver (I live in Kelowna). I returned the equipment using their label almost a month ago. I am still receiving bills and just received a notice from a collection agency telling me to return the equipment!!!! How do I make this stop? This has definitely validated my decision to switch providers!
Who did you switch to? I am having service issues and getting nowhere with support. They tell me that the internet is “out of specification “ but won’t send a repairman. My internet keeps dropping, TV keeps having to be reset. Shaw just don’t have support when things are not working.
Shaw are once again sending techs into the home but this information doesn’t seem to be getting through to the front line employees, contact Shaw again.
