Charge Incurred even when I returned my Device 2 months ago

I returned my device via Canada Post 2 months ago but I was still charged for "not returned" device. Unfortunately I did not write down the tracking number. I have called and chatted with live support multiple times and I believe a case has been created but the charge is still on my account.

@chtham89 -- this is a "user-to-user" discussion forum, not an official path to contact Shaw Support.

I recommend that you contact Shaw Support (currently, online chat is given priority over telephone).

Or, while reading this, scroll-down and click the "Your Voice" hyperlink to contact Shaw.
