I would kike to complaint an agent in your chat system, his name was Fisco. i was disconnected from the chat and waited for hours and reconnected with him. asked if my request was processed and he said he cant and just disconnected me and ended the chat bad customer service

@neo06 , Hi there, I would suggest you file your complaint with Rogers/Shaw directly through the Your Voice link Resolve your concern | Rogers Together With Shaw  .  This forum is only a peer to peer discussion forum now and Rogers/Shaw does not provide any support through this channel, it is just us volunteers, so no one from Rogers/Shaw will probably see your complaint on here, better to send it directly to them.  Have a great day.

@neo06 -- Also, write out your complaint, including your contact information (E-mail & phone) and take it to the local Rogers retail store-front, and ask for the Manager (or Shift Manager), and hand your document to that person.
